I have several designated  drop-off locations where you can bring your portable machines in for service and repair. If your machine is in a cabinet, please call ME, Randy Cole, at 817-223-2551 for the correct method of removing the machine easily from the cabinet. Don’t bring the cabinet.  You may have to schedule an “on location‘“ service call for certain machine/cabinet setups LIKE Industrial/Commercial and others. Be sure to bring the power cords and foot control, as well as the bobbin case, bobbin, and thread. If you have a carry case, that’s an ideal way to bring it.

 Problems arise with foot lockers, storage bins, huge boxes, etc. Don‘t hesitate to call if you have any questions.  Any sewing machine question is a valid question. I will have the answer or will endeavor to find it.

        WHENEVER YOU DROP OFF A SEWING MACHINE - CALL ME, RANDY COLE, (OR TEXT)  TO LET ME KNOW WHEN  AND WHERE  YOU’RE TAKING IT , AND I WILL :

 PICK IT UP,  SERVICE IT,  AND RETURN IT TO YOUR DESIGNATED LOCATION (EITHER 

HOME OR WORK) IN A DAY OR TWO. 

                 THAT IS THE WAY I ALWAYS DO IT. 

                      EVERY.      SINGLE.        TIME.

YOU WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR MACHINE AT THE DROP OFF LOCATION.. IT WILL BE DELIVERED BACK TO YOU BY ME, RANDY COLE. YOU WILL THEN PAY ME BY CHECK, CASH, OR CARD.

IF YOU ARE SUPER BUSY, AND ON THE GO, I WILL MEET YOU AT A DESIGNATED PLACE, STARBUCKS,,BUCCEES, THE QT STATION, OR WHEREVER ITS CONVENIENT FOR YOU.

My service area is quite large as I am  primarily a mobile service and have been for  over  54 years. However, I have provided drop-off locations, because some folks are always on the go and that works best for them.

  If you need a service call visit, the best thing to do is call me, Randy Cole, and I will give you an estimate on when I can get there and how much it will cost. Costs vary depending on the logistics involved. Logistics might sound complicated but it’s not. It’s merely the combination of time, tolls,,and distance traveled. With the technology we have today, I can usually compute with dependable accuracy, to estimate my arrival time within minutes. When traffic cooperates, (stop laughing, it happens sometimes), my on-time arrival rate is pretty high. 

  Example: If you bring your household portable sewing machine to one of my Fort Worth, Hurst, , and Azle drop-off locations, the price is $89.50 plus tax for a tune-up and service.($97.00 total) If I go to your location in our Fort Worth service area, add $20 (min) for the service call. Discounts are available for Seniors, service groups, and just about anyone who asks , who has a need for a price consideration.

   If you are in Frisco, Shady Shores, Red Oak, Mansfield,  Flower Mound, etc, your On-Location tune up and service will have a variable trip charge depending on mileage, tolls, and conditions.Discounts are given for multiple machines and trip charges are waived for Quilt groups, church groups, and neighborhood sewing groups.
