In the old days when
a business needed a key person to help expand or streamline a business
operation, a “HELP WANTED” ad in the local paper would almost always help
recruit that “much needed” person. These days, it’s a bigger challenge. Tossing
a big net into the pool of available prospects is expensive and time consuming.
Proper use of time can produce money. Proper application of money can make us efficient
with our time. Such is life. I’ve chosen to drop a line in the best spot to

experience in the needle trades, I’ve discovered that my occupation is perfect
for me, in almost every respect.

amount. 4. I get thanked for
being helpful. 5. I get a new
friend. 6. I get referrals
and repeat business.
It’s a very simple
business plan, it’s easily taught to a person who values honesty, simplicity,
and transparent business methods.
That’s the person I
am looking for.
This is not a job
offer. I’m not looking for an employee. I’m looking for an entrepreneur. The
person I’m looking for will not need to look up the meaning of that word in a

time is valuable. The folks that I’ve exchanged emails with, texts, and phone
discussions, have basically the same questions and concerns; all valid. For the
sake of saving us all some time, here’s a description of what’s being offered.

opportunity that I discovered in 1973. I found it on my own. Not that I’m a
brilliant discoverer of hidden opportunity. This opportunity was, to me, so
obvious I would be unwise and lacking of good sense, to not seize it.
Some of my
family members, friends, and business associates, told me to try would be
wrong, unwise, foolish, etcetera. It can’t be a workable plan because no one
has ever done it before and no one is doing it now. They said it couldn’t be
words: “don’t be a pioneer” is what they were telling me. There are basically
two reasons why people tell you not to “take a chance” or “be a pioneer”. 1) They truly care about you and don’t want to see
you fail or get hurt.
2) They truly don’t really care about you but
instead are jealous that you might actually succeed.
Since 1973 I
have had my share of successes as well as failures. My business is better now
than it ever was. There are two main
reasons why. 1) In 44 years, I have built a customer base of
thousands of happy, satisfied customers. 2) In 44 years, almost all of my competitors have
either retired or passed away. (Something I pray doesn’t happen to me for quite
a while. I started young.)
I have to
reiterate that I’m not hiring an employee. That worked for me 30 or so years
ago when times were much simpler.
hiring someone, training them at great expense, then allowing them to go on
their own to be my competitor, I will find that “certain someone” and do it
differently. You will invest a small sum (comparatively) and have your own business
from day one. Many of my customers will become your customers.
this is necessary is because I’ve always had a flexible business model. It’s
time to be flexible again.
It’s rare to
find a business that is still functioning after 44 years. It is even harder to
find one that hasn’t adapted its business model to the constantly changing
times and still be successful 44 years later.
Where do you
even bigger opportunity right now than the one I discovered in 1973. It’s
exciting, bold, and better than ever before. I still love this business, as
well as all my customers, and the exciting possibilities to come.

know you are doing your job correctly. It helps you build an awesome customer
base as well as increase your number of friends.
