SORRY FOR THE OUTAGE AT CHRISTMAS 2013
Our website was down for the 10 most critical days of the
Christmas shopping season.
Now it’s finally operating again.
AT&T decided they would do a routine system upgrade 10
days before Christmas.
I guess that would’ve been an okay idea, if it would’ve been
a successful upgrade.
Since the upgrade was a total failure, it turned out to be a
really bad idea on AT&T’s part!
It cost us thousands of dollars in lost business.
Don’t rely on AT&T.
They will tell you they are really good at what they do.
I found out that’s not even close to reality.
