We will clean and oil your sewing machine or serger, as well as make all necessary technical adjustments to return it to "factory" condition.

If there are any conditions that exist that require us to contact you, (needed extra parts,etc), we will be glad to give you a call.

All the Hancock stores have repair tags to fill out, as well as numbered claim checks to assure a proper accounting for everyone's property.

We take care of your sewing machines as if they are our own.

We will take the time to visit with you by phone if we see something that needs to be called to your attention that will help you avoid future problems.

All my work carries a ninety day guarantee on labor, and one year on parts. This is the same as the warranty on many new machines that you buy today.

All I ask is, if you have a problem with your machine after I have serviced or repaired it, call me at the first hint of the problem.

If you turn all the dials and adjustments (or disassemble the machine) before you call me, it makes it almost impossible to fix "over the phone".
